Domestic Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time is as follows:

Calendar Selected Shipment Date:  If you selected a date on the calendar option during check out please note that is the date it will ship, NOT the date it will be received.  If you are unsure of the shipping times and production times, please contact us directly before placing your order.  

During normal business hours and off peak season, unless a specific shipping date has been selected (see above), orders are generally processed within 3-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges and service for your order will be calculated and displayed at the time of checkout.

We strongly recommend using overnight or 2 day air for your product shipment.  This will ensure maximum freshness and enjoyment.

* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. We are not responsible for shipping delivery delays due to the servicing company i.e. UPS, USPS, Fed-Ex or any delays due to weather or Acts of God.  

Mrs. Turbo's Cookies ships to addresses within the U.S.  We do not deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes.

Mrs. Turbo's Cookies is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


Mrs. Turbo's Cookies is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.  Please refer to our Return Policy.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy.

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
