Thank you for visiting and shopping at Mrs. Turbo's Cookies.Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time is as follows:

HOLIDAY SHIPPING:  Please click here for UPS shipping deadlines.  

In order for Mrs. Turbo's Cookies to meet the UPS deadlines, all shipping orders must be placed no later than:

December 12 for Ground Service, or
December 17 for 2nd Day Air Service. 

Calendar Selected Shipment Date:  If you selected a date on the calendar option during check out please note that is the designated ship date, NOT the date it will be received.  If you are unsure of the shipping times and production times, please contact us directly before placing your order.  

During normal business hours and off peak season, orders are generally processed within 3-4 business days. Every effort is made to ship your product on your selected date and sometimes earlier if production allows.  However, we reserve the right to change the date pending manufacturing, production and potential delivery times.  We don't want your product sitting in a delivery warehouse somewhere waiting for you :)

Orders are not shipped on Fridays, weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates:

Shipping charges and service for your order will be calculated and displayed at the time of checkout.

We strongly recommend using overnight or 2 day air for your product shipment.  This will ensure maximum freshness and enjoyment.  We are not responsible for damage to product if you choose a longer or different shipping method.  

* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur through not fault of our own. We are not responsible for shipping delivery delays due to the servicing company i.e. UPS, USPS, Fed-Ex or any delays due to weather or Acts of God.  

Mrs. Turbo's Cookies ships to addresses within the U.S.  We do not deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes.

Mrs. Turbo's Cookies is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


Mrs. Turbo's Cookies is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.  Please refer to our Return Policy.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy.

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
